We use Clerk for user authentication and account management. When you create an account or sign in, Clerk processes and stores your authentication credentials. If you choose to sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In through Clerk, we receive certain information from these providers as permitted by your account settings. 2.4 App Blocking and Screen Time

The Intentional Timer feature may use Apple's Screen Time API (for iOS users) to help you block distracting apps during your focus sessions. When you enable this feature:

• We request access to Screen Time data to identify and block selected apps during focus sessions
• This data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers
• You can enable or disable app blocking at any time through the App settings
• App blocking functionality is subject to Apple's Screen Time API limitations and your device permissions

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our App and services, including the Intentional Timer, Productivity Journal, and Productivity Coach features
• Process your account registration and authenticate your identity
• Track your intentional sessions, streaks, and productivity progress
• Enable features such as session tracking, journal entries, and AI coaching support
• Send you notifications, reminders for intentional sessions, and updates related to your use of the App

4.1 Service Providers

• Clerk: We use Clerk for user authentication and account management. Clerk processes and stores your authentication credentials, account information (name, email, profile picture), and authentication session data. • Convex: We use Convex as our backend database and cloud storage provider. Convex stores and processes your App data, including Intentional Timer session data, Productivity Journal entries, streak information, activity tracking, profile settings, and Productivity Coach interaction data. • AI Provider: We use a third-party AI service provider to power the Productivity Coach feature. When you interact with the Productivity Coach, your journal entries, reflections, and questions are sent to our AI provider to generate personalized responses, focus tips, and support. The AI provider processes this information to provide you with relevant coaching and advice. We ensure that our AI provider is contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for providing the Productivity Coach service. Your journal information is processed in accordance with our data processing agreements.
• Payment Processors: For processing subscription payments (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Payment information is processed directly by these platforms and is not stored by us.
• Analytics Providers: Services that help us understand how users interact with our App to improve functionality and user experience.

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

The Productivity Coach feature is powered by a third-party AI service provider. 8.4 Apple Screen Time API

For iOS users, the Intentional Timer feature may use Apple's Screen Time API to help block distracting apps during focus sessions. When you enable app blocking:

• We request access to Screen Time data through Apple's Screen Time API
• Screen Time data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers
• Apple's privacy policy and Screen Time API terms govern the use of this feature
• You can revoke Screen Time access at any time through your device settings
• App blocking functionality is subject to Apple's Screen Time API limitations and availability
