  • Profile Information: Preferences, settings, daily supertimer goals, central habits you select, and notification preferences
  • Streak and Achievement Data: Your daily streak count, longest streak, week completed days, total sessions completed, and achievement progress

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our App, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Usage Data: How you interact with the App, features you use, and time spent in the App
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
  • Activity Tracking: Daily streak information, total time in superfocus and supercalm sessions, week streak data, and progress metrics
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, app crashes, and performance data

2.3 Third-Party Authentication

We use Clerk for user authentication and account management (for Google Sign-In users). We also support native Apple Sign-In. When you create an account or sign in, your authentication credentials are processed and stored. If you choose to sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we receive certain information from these providers as permitted by your account settings. This may include your name, email address, and profile picture.

2.4 App Blocking and Screen Time

The supertimer feature uses Apple's Screen Time API (for iOS users) to help you block distracting apps during your focus sessions. When you enable this feature:

  • We request access to Screen Time data to identify and block selected apps during focus sessions
  • This data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers
  • You can enable or disable app blocking at any time through the App settings
  • App blocking functionality is subject to Apple's Screen Time API limitations and your device permissions

2.5 AlarmKit and Notifications

The supertimer feature uses Apple's AlarmKit (for iOS 18+ users) to provide countdown timer alarms during your focus sessions. When you use this feature:

  • We request access to AlarmKit to schedule countdown alarms for your focus sessions
  • Alarm data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers
  • You can manage alarm permissions through your device settings
  • Alarm functionality is subject to Apple's AlarmKit API limitations and your device permissions

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our App and services, including the supertimer, journal, and habit tracking features
  • Process your account registration and authenticate your identity
  • Track your focus sessions, streaks, and productivity progress
  • Enable features such as session tracking, journal entries, app blocking, and streak visualization
  • Send you notifications, reminders for focus sessions, and updates related to your use of the App

  • Clerk: We use Clerk for user authentication and account management (for Google Sign-In users). Clerk processes and stores your authentication credentials, account information (name, email, profile picture), and authentication session data.   • Convex: We use Convex as our backend database and cloud storage provider. Convex stores and processes your App data, including supertimer session data, journal entries, streak information, activity tracking, profile settings, central habits, daily goals, and user statistics.   • Payment Processors: For processing subscription payments (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Payment information is processed directly by these platforms and is not stored by us.
  • Analytics Providers: Services that help us understand how users interact with our App to improve functionality and user experience.

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8.4 Apple Screen Time API

For iOS users, the supertimer feature uses Apple's Screen Time API to help block distracting apps during focus sessions. When you enable app blocking:

  • Screen Time data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers
  • Apple's privacy policy and Screen Time API terms govern the use of this feature
  • You can revoke Screen Time access at any time through your device settings
  • App blocking functionality is subject to Apple's Screen Time API limitations and availability

8.5 Apple AlarmKit

For iOS 18+ users, the supertimer feature uses Apple's AlarmKit to provide countdown timer alarms during focus sessions. When you use this feature:

  • We request access to AlarmKit through Apple's AlarmKit API
  • Alarm data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers
  • Apple's privacy policy and AlarmKit API terms govern the use of this feature
  • You can manage alarm permissions through your device settings
  • Alarm functionality is subject to Apple's AlarmKit API limitations and availability

8.6 App Stores

If you download our App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use of the App is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms.
